Harper Delivery Service brings luxury right to your door.

Harper now ships exclusively with UPS. Delivery costs are dependent on weight, type of service and location of delivery.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, delivery times are approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and as stated in the Order Confirmation.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Harper is in no way liable for any additional costs incurred.


WHEN DO WE DELIVER

HARPER uses UPS to ship all items.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, HARPER is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All UK orders require a signature upon receipt
• All UK order can be tracked through UPS.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


INSURANCE

HARPER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. This applies to UK deliveries only. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by HARPER and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
